      appears on the Deed of Conve-

      agreement pursuant to which a

      Deed of Conveyance of

      Memorandum of Transfer may

      be prepared.

 

· A valuation report from an approved evaluator, with a

      photograph attached.

 

· Purchase agreement.

 

· Statement of life insurance.
