As a full-service credit union, SECU Credit Union offers all the consumer financial products and latest delivery innovations you'd expect from a large financial institution. Our priority is to provide low-fee or no-fee services with higher yields on savings and investments and lower rates on loans. Members
As of December 31st 2007 SECU recorded membership of more than 9000.
Members are the heart of SECU. They are the owners and as such have the stake in operations of the Credit Union regardless of the amount of money saved. Each member has an equal opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors or any committee and share in its decision making. .
Our Branch office in Chaguanas completed two years of operations in November 2004. The membership grew from 1246 in 2004 to 2917 as of December 2007. The princes Town branch saw 350 new members in its first 3 months of operations and currently stands at just over 1000. |
