Please bring the following documents to facilitate the speedy processing of your application forms:

• At least two forms of identification (National I.D. Card, Driver’s permit or Passport)
• One Passport sized photograph
• Proof of Address (i.e. recent utility bill)
• Identification number(s) of beneficiary / if under 16 years of age, a birth certificate must be provided.

NB. It is a minimum of Ten Dollars and Fifty Cents ($ 10.50) to open an account.
